Getting Started
Before diving into your stroke mechanics, we’ll begin by introducing a simple warm-up and practice outline.
Module 1 Table of Contents
I’ve put together an easy-to-follow routine you can use as a guide. It’s designed to give you a framework while you build your skills.
You’ll find examples of core exercises like short-range putts, distance control drills, and alignment checkpoints. The sheet also includes quick reminders on grip and posture, plus a pace-building exercise to help you settle into a consistent rhythm.
The idea is to keep this routine by your side as you refine your putting technique.
What to Do
- Download the practice outline from the Files section of this page.
- Print a copy or save it digitally so it’s handy at practice time.
- Go through the drills step by step—work on short putts, lag putts, and alignment in order.
- Bring the sheet with you when practicing on the green or when setting up a home putting mat.
It may seem simple on paper, but the real benefit comes when you repeat the drills and let them shape your consistency.
